U2’s 360 Tour Becomes Most Successful Tour Ever, Tickets Sell Out in St. Louis
Before U2’s multi-year 360 Tour hit the road, the highest grossing tour of all time was the Rolling Stones’ Bigger Bang Tour which ran from 2005 to 2007. Last night, U2 played to a sold-out crowd in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and it’s official that they will break the Stones’ record of $554 million.
With 26 shows left on the U2’s touring schedule, and many of those sold-out already, Live Nation Entertainment is estimating that the 360 Tour will gross more than $700 million when all is said and done.
U2 will play Busch Stadium as a part of their 360 Tour on July 17th. Tickets for that concert are SOLD OUT.
