The 21-year-old singer will face-off with the biggest names in pop in the all-genre Top Artist catagory: [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Lady Gaga[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Eminem[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Rihanna[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Justin Bieber[/lastfm].

Taylor, who was recently named ACM Entertainer of the Year, will also compete next month with [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jason Aldean[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Kenny Chesney[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Zac Brown Band[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Lady Antebellum[/lastfm] for the Top Country Artist honor.

The Billboard Music Awards happen May 22 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and are televised on ABC. [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Keith Urban[/lastfm] and Lady Antebellum are set to perform,  with more artists to be announced.
