Her personal trainer Harley Pasternak recently gave the low-down on how this California girl stays in shape…
Katy has talked plenty about how she keeps her skin clear (she swears by Proactiv), but now we’ve got the dish on how she keeps herself slim and trim too!
According to Pasternak, Katy’s workout plan includes fat-burning cardio work, upper-body and lower-body strength training, and core training five times a week! She also loves to jump rope. Katy also looks to Pasternak for his personal nutrition advice, and follows a “5-factor” diet:
“She eats regular, small meals, five times a day to keep the energy up. These meals are from 500 recipes that I have created which are easy to make, are fresh and healthy…consisting of healthy fats, lean protein, fibre and a non-sugar drink.”
