The eternal King Of Pop, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Michael Jackson[/lastfm], is looking down from his diamond-encrusted glove in the sky and frowning on [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jennifer Hudson[/lastfm].

The Oscar and GRAMMY winning songstress was slated to perform Sunday night in a highly anticipated tribute concert to honor MJ in Wales. She bailed last minute.

J-Hud took to Twitter to announce her impromptu absence, “To my uk fans that were coming to the mj show in wales. I will no longer be attentding [sic-her spelling mistake, not ours] due to major production issues.”

According to gossip site TMZ, Hudson felt that  she was not given enough time to prepare the music she was slated to sing. The powers that be that hired her told TMZ that she was given the same amount of time as everyone else, and had signed a contract and already received payment for the performance.

I smell a lawsuit.
