Ryan Seacrest was a ‘victim of comedy’ at the Oscars when he had a run-in with ‘The Dictator’, otherwise known as  Sacha Baron Cohen.

Cohen dumped white powder all over the normally unflappable Seacrest.  See the video below…

Aladeen told red carpet host, Ryan Seacrest that he was excited to attend the Oscars this year, and that his date was none other than the “ashes” of deceased North Korean leader, Kim Jong-Il.
