Alanis’ new single was released to radio this week. “Guardian” is the first glimpse into the singer’s upcoming Havoc and Bright Lights release.

Fans will be able to purchase the track when it hits the Itunes store on Tuesday, May 15, but in the meantime you can take a listen to it and see its lyric video over at Metrolyrics.

Also on Tuesday, Alanis will be making her television debut of the song when she performs “Guardian” on Dancing With The Stars, then it’s off to sing it again on Ellen this coming May 22.

Havoc and Bright Lights, Alanis’ first album in four years, will be released August 28.
