Noggin is a 2 – year- old Collie/Beagle mix with a white and tan coat.  He absolutely loves people.  He’ll sit right next to you to get petted and scratched or crawl up into your lap for more attention. He does have a playful side and enjoys being outdoors where he can run around.  He would love to find an active family who has time to play fetch or take him on long walks.  He site nicely for treats would do well at learning more commands in his new home.  Come meet him today!
