Nora Ephron has lost her battle with leukemia and has passed away at the age of 71.
Ephron wrote classic films like, “When Harry Met Sally,” “Sleepless in Seattle,” “Julie and Julia,” and “Silkwood.” She was known for writing smart, romantic comedies with sharp dialog and great quotable lines like “I’ll have what she’s having.”
Nora Ephron was nominated for three Oscars for Best Screenplay. She was an enormously successful woman in a male dominated industry. She was also a successful author with several books to her credit. Twitter tributes are pouring in.
