We all have stress in our lives and we all react to that stress in different ways, however Casey James Fury, 24, of Portsmouth New Hampshire went the extra thousand miles—he took out his stress on a NUCLEAR-POWERED SUBMARINE!

Apparently Fury, who was a civilian employee working on the sub as a painter and sandblaster, was so anxious about a series of texts he received from an ex-girlfriend that he decided he just couldn’t do any further work that day.  So, instead of maybe…I don’t know….calling his supervisor and requesting a sick day, he set a fire on board the sub causing a total of $400 MILLION of damage.

That must have been one powerful text–you’d think so right?  You’d hate to think that he crippled a nuclear sub all because he didn’t feel like having Rice Krispies again for dinner!

Fury faces up to life in prison if convicted on all charges.
