Jasper is an 8-month-old Chihuahua who came to the Humane Society from less than desirable circumstances. He is a very special soul and will need a patient, committed owner to help him blossom into a loving forever friend. Although Jasper is timid, he is simply adorable and feels secure when held. Jasper would do better in a quiet home without small children.
