I’ve been looking forward to this Saturday night since last November 4th. Big, hot date?  Yeah, I wish…No…it’s time to Spring forward into all good things. Daylights Saving Time returns Sunday morning at 3 AM and, with it, comes longer days, warmer temps, actual COLOR coming back to nature, flowers showing up and St. Louis coming back to life once again!  I’m talking about actual human beings walking, eating and playing OUTSIDE.

I look forward every year to Daylights Saving Time returning. The VERY second it goes away in the Fall, I start getting…well, a little sad, to be honest. Even claustrophobic. It’s not quite to the point where I count hours and days until the extra daylight returns, but close.  Which is why I was so surprised to read this morning that the beginning of Daylights Saving Time can really mess with you. Increase in heart attacks? Really?  Is anyone else so surprised?
