Before he became the manager of the Cardinals, Matheny coached little league baseball, and quickly came to the conclusion that parents were ruining the experience for the kids.

Haven’t we all seen parents who embarrass themselves  during games by yelling at coaches, umpires and even their own kids?   Matheny had–and decided to do something about it.
