Singer/songwriter Matt Nathanson is not only gearing up for the July 16 release of his brand new album, Last Of The Great Pretenders, he’s also announced a supporting North American tour for this fall.

Matt will hit the road with supporting act Joshua Radin starting on September 20 in Portland, OR, and visit cities such as Los Angeles, Atlanta, and New York along the way before wrapping up in Austin on November 23. Additional show dates are expected to be released in the coming weeks.

In an announcement on his website, Matt writes that he’s “very psyched” for his upcoming fall U.S. tour and teases that fans will be treated to “new songs, new stories, a white Bengal tiger and confetti canons! (ok, not the last two…).”

Even though you won’t see a tiger or be showered with confetti, fans can still expect to hear both new songs and beloved hits, including “Come On Get Higher,” “Faster,” and his latest single “Mission Bells.”
