I can’t help it–I’ve watched this video 10 times now and I’ve laughed 10 times.

They say politics is a “full contact sport” as a way to illustrate how dirty it can get from time to time.

However in New York City, it really is a contact sport.

Just New York State Senator, Brad Hoylman who was the target of an “attack” from a disgruntled constituent.

It’s hard to imagine though how much damage an 84-year-old man could inflict.  I have to admit, I do like his moxie.  And his reaction upon finding out that he’s being escorted out of the area is priceless.

“WHAT?”

I suppose you could call this more of a tap than an actual slap–but the fact remains, you better be ready for anything if you’re running for public office.

It’s a good thing nothing as unsavory as this ever happens in St. Louis….right?

Oh wait..how quickly we forget.
