A Los Angeles judge has ordered Chris Brown to remain in the anger management and drug rehabilitation program he has been in since October 2013 for two more months.

At a hearing on Friday (Feb. 28), the singer’s probation officer reported Brown “continues to make great improvement” in dealing with anger, stress and drugs, but CNN reports the judge said Brown can’t go free just yet.

Officials from Brown’s rehab facility claim the singer is dealing with several serious issues including a mental health disorder and PTSD, among other issues.

“Our clinical team believes Mr Brown became aggressive and acted out physically due to [an] untreated mental health disorder, severe sleep deprivation, inappropriate self-medicating and [post-traumatic stress disorder],” officials from Brown’s rehab facility wrote.
