This morning Starbucks unveiled the Starbucks College Achievement Plan.

Basically employees who are admitted as a junior or senior will earn full tuition reimbursement for each year they complete toward their bachelor’s degree.

Freshmen and sophomores can apply for a partial scholarship and need-based financial aid toward the first two years of their degree.

Here’s the kicker, after graduation, the students are not required to stay at Starbucks.

It sounds like a pretty amazing plan! I don’t know about you, but I might be pushing my kids toward Starbucks for their first jobs!
