Two Interstate Closures In St. Louis This Weekend

ST. LOUIS (MoDOT) – Drivers heading through Clayton or into downtown this weekend should be aware that MoDOT will close two sections of interstate for roadwork.  All lanes and ramps of eastbound I-64 between Hampton and Forest Park Avenue will close at 8 pm. Friday, August 22.  One lane will remain open between Hampton and Kingshighway.  The ramps from Clayton/Skinker, McCausland, Hampton, Kingshighway and Papin to eastbound I-64 will also be closed.

In addition, crews will close all lanes and ramps of southbound I-170 between Forest Park Parkway and I-64 starting at 8 p.m. Friday, August 22.  This includes the ramps to eastbound and westbound I-64.  There will be no access from the interstate to Brentwood Boulevard or Eager Road.

All lanes and ramps will reopen by 5 a.m. Monday, August 25.

In St. Charles County, up to two lanes will be closed westbound I-70 at the Blanchette Bridge from 8 p.m. Friday, August 22 to 6 p.m. Sunday.
